To me, it is difficult when you buy a new house to properly outfit it with the appliances you need. I thought that instead of selling these through the paper or at a yard sale, I would offer them to the buyer as part of the home purchase. Because just my wife and I live here - and don't throw many parties - these are all in very good shape. We can roll the price into the cost of the house on any of these items, so that you do not need to buy them later on.
